Ingredients
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional, adjust to taste)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and honey until smooth.
- Add about half of the blueberries to the yogurt and gently mash them with a fork to create purple swirls. Leave the rest of the blueberries whole.
- Fold the whole blueberries into the yogurt mixture.
- Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, drop bite-sized portions onto a parchment-lined baking tray or silicone mold.
- Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until completely firm.
- Transfer the frozen bites to an airtight container and keep them in the freezer for up to 2 months.
Tips
- For the marbled look shown in the picture, don’t fully mix the mashed blueberries into the yogurt—swirl them lightly.
- You can use vanilla Greek yogurt instead of plain and omit the honey.
- For extra texture, sprinkle a little granola or chopped nuts on top before freezing.
