Blueberry Greek Yogurt Bites

Ingredients

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and honey until smooth.
  2. Add about half of the blueberries to the yogurt and gently mash them with a fork to create purple swirls. Leave the rest of the blueberries whole.
  3. Fold the whole blueberries into the yogurt mixture.
  4. Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, drop bite-sized portions onto a parchment-lined baking tray or silicone mold.
  5. Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until completely firm.
  6. Transfer the frozen bites to an airtight container and keep them in the freezer for up to 2 months.

Tips

  • For the marbled look shown in the picture, don’t fully mix the mashed blueberries into the yogurt—swirl them lightly.
  • You can use vanilla Greek yogurt instead of plain and omit the honey.
  • For extra texture, sprinkle a little granola or chopped nuts on top before freezing.
